Fabric Care Tips
Quick Guide to Caring for Different Fabric Fibers
Cotton :: Cotton fibers can withstand high iron settings during and after construction. Warm water machine washing and tumble dry.
Rayon :: Rayon fibers are best with low iron settings during and after construction (it is also suggested to iron from the wrong side of the garment). Dry cleaning is suggested, but you can wash with cold water on delicate setting and hang/lay flat to dry.
Polyester :: Polyester fibers are best with low/synthetic iron settings during construction. Wash with warm water and tumble dry low.
Spandex :: Spandex fibers are best with low iron settings during and after construction. Wash with cold water and hang/lay flat to dry.
Nylon :: Nylon fibers will melt with high heat! Use a low iron setting and pressing cloth to protect fibers during and after construction. Wash with cold or warm water and hang/lay flat to dry or tumble dry low.
